Sustained customer support after the sale of a laser system has a very high priority at SCHWIND. Therefore the company invests in a special department that provides continuous, individual and prompt support for refractive surgeons and their applicative concerns. The international application consultants are not only experts on all SCHWIND technologies; they are also very familar with the scientic world of refractive and therapeutic corneal surgery. User services offered by the Customer Support Department include:
- Comprehensive product training on-location. Duration: typically three to five days - depending on the individual requirements of a clinic. Assistants also receive full instruction on the diagnostic devices.
- Product training in the SCHWIND Demo Centre in Kleinostheim, Germany.
- Applicative support and consultation via telephone hotline and email.
- Support and consultation during international congresses.
The Customer Support Department also offers applicative training for SCHWIND distribution partners. Furthermore, our partners can arrange brief instructions for their customers there.
