Application specialists in the area of refractive corneal surgery offer here continuous and professional far-reaching consultation. This is affiliated to the practical exchange of knowledge concerning proper treatment of the patient. The initial training of the refractive surgeon and respective staff belongs as well to the responsibilities of the Customer Support department.

Applicative Training

Customer Support regularly performs applicative training in Kleinostheim with international distribution partners. Besides instruction in product technology and the handling of diagnostic systems, software, microkeratome and excimer laser, the agenda also includes a comprehensive introduction to wavefront technology. Last but not least, Customer Support is also present at international congresses. There, the application specialists introduce new SCHWIND technologies and answer all questions.
